CES/AWS IS LOOKING FOR A FIELD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location : Victor, NY

Pay: $65k-$80k/y + commission (Depending on Experience)

Direct Hire position

Water treatment or water waste experience is a plus

Must have a valid passport as this is a travel position, traveling weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication : Develop project schedules, answer technical questions, and support clients during equipment installation.
• Equipment Installation : Conduct field inspections and tests to ensure installations meet P&ID, electrical, and mechanical specifications.
• Product Commissioning : Commission and service air pollution control products, providing hands-on operator training.
• Site Management : Supervise subcontractors as needed and troubleshoot critical equipment to improve performance.
• Technical Support : Offer expert assistance via onsite service calls or phone support.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience : A 2-year degree (4 years preferred) in a related field and hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Skills : Strong communication, time management, and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to work independently.
• Travel Ready : Willingness to travel extensively across North America and worldwide as needed.
• Problem-Solving : Independent thinker who can analyze, prioritize, and adapt to diverse situations with forward-thinking solutions.

Requirements

• Certificates : Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Work Environment : Ability to work safely on construction and industrial sites, with familiarity with OSHA protocols.
