REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Regional Vice President of Construction in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Regional Vice President of Construction Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Regional Vice President of Construction in Raleigh, North Carolina is between $200,000 and $250,000.

Regional Vice President of Construction Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for P&L
  • Responsible for ensuring project budgets are being followed, work codes, cash flow, forecasting costs, and monitoring & reporting any financial issues to owner
  • Manage and communicate with all project managers, superintendents, etc. in order to facilitate job progress and ensure best practices are being followed
  • Ensure all projects are running safely, effectively and on schedule
  • Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers as needed to meet client expectations and project milestones
  • Ensure quality control throughout project
  • Travel to projects, as needed

Regional Vice President of Construction Qualifications

  • Great job history stability, no more than 2 jobs in the last 10 years
  • Construction Management experience overseeing mechanical/HVAC and electrical.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as a division manager or similar for a medium to large electrical subcontractor
  • Proven success running operations for a medium-sized electrical contractor
  • Knowledge & financial responsibility to run profit & loss
  • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents to fully understand scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirements
  • Project experience must include large commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects
  • Successful experience with project budgets, forecasting project costs, change orders, billings, job costing, and more
  • Must be able to pass a background check, and possess a good driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Necessary

  • Journeyman License
