Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $76,000–$86,000 annually, based on experience
Bonuses: Quarterly bonus potential + monthly commissions

Key Responsibilities

As the Property Manager at RISE Doro, you'll lead all aspects of this luxury lease-up, from pre-leasing to stabilization:

• Drive all leasing, marketing, and outreach efforts to build brand awareness and generate traffic
• Lead community activation efforts that align with Jacksonville's vibrant downtown energy
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
• Manage daily operations, financials, reporting, and resident relations with precision
• Ensure the property consistently reflects Class A+ standards in service, cleanliness, and design
• Cultivate local partnerships with businesses, employers, and influencers to drive interest

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Property Manager experience , with successful lease-up of a new construction property
• Strong marketing and brand-building instincts — especially in mixed-use or urban luxury settings
• Experience managing Luxury Class A or Class A+ multifamily communities
• Energetic leadership style with a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Proficiency with property management systems (Entrata a plus)
• Deep knowledge of market trends and resident expectations in urban living environments
