Job Description

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable MDM solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS platforms
• Build and optimize data governance and stewardship frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance
• Develop and maintain integrations between MDM systems and AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and DynamoDB
• Implement ETL pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and distribution across enterprise systems
• Leverage AWS capabilities to ensure high availability, performance, and security of MDM infrastructure
• Collaborate with data governance teams to align with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues, ensuring consistent and trusted master data across platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and deliver MDM solutions that meet evolving needs

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, including SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of MDM architecture, data modeling, and hierarchy management
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services and ETL development
• Experience with data governance, stewardship, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with life sciences data domains is highly desirable

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. The salary range is 120-140K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
