Job Description

LHH is partnering with a growing construction organization in Downtown Dallas to identify a Construction Administrator. This is a high-impact, jack-of-all-trades role supporting Project Managers and executive leadership. Responsibilities include submittals, ProCore support, contract generation, and general operational assistance. The ideal candidate will bring a high sense of urgency, adaptability, and strong communication skills. While construction industry experience is valuable, the client also prioritizes mindset, culture fit, and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and executive leadership
  • Manage submittals, ProCore entries, and owner contract generation
  • Draft and maintain project-related documentation and operational files
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador by embodying the company’s core values and people-first approach
  • Act as a dependable resource across the office, stepping in wherever support is needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • ProCore experience preferred; ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Hungry, humble, and smart with a proactive, growth-oriented approach
  • High sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, dependable, and eager to go above and beyond daily responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $65-85k
  • Medical, dental, and vision covered by company, plus 401(k), PTO, and holidays
